 At Lumos: on fire in February 2010, we spent some time looking at the different ways in which Christ is present to us at Mass. As well as in the gathered Community, in the Word and in the Eucharist, we discovered that Christ is present in the Priest celebrating Mass.
We also reflected on how, in this Year for Priests, all priests need help, encouragement and prayer for their ministry. As part of our concluding rite, we prayed for both Fr Simon and Bishop Peter, and each took a card bearing the name of a priest from the Diocese to pray for.
