Pam Lewis joined our team from January 2007, as the Diocesan Youth Worker for Training and Formation. Pam works collaboratively to support youth leaders and volunteers, and to provide training and resources to raise up adult leaders who can undertake youth ministry in parishes. 

She has come to us with many years experience in Christian youth work in various churches, in schools with special-needs children, and more recently as an Adult Educator, which led her to her previous post in the Anglican Diocese of Truro, setting up training and supporting pastoral ministry teams.

She was in a car accident in July 07, and was off work recovering for some months, but has returned to work in April 08.
