Youth Ministry in the Diocese of Northampton is led by a team of people based in Princes Risborough. You can read about the team on their pages on this site.  The NYMO team is chaired by Charles Whitehead, who also manages Neil, and oversees the work of the office.

Neil Roseman is Diocesan Youth Ministry Co-ordinator. Neil co-ordinates the lux. programme including its residential weekends, and the running of the Salt & Light course, and works with specific parishes to support them in developing youth groups. You can email Neil on neil@nymo.org

Youth ministry in the diocese is principally carried out by enthusiastic volunteers in the parishes. There are four paid 'pastoral assistants' with some responsibility for youth ministry, as well as one full time paid youth co-ordinator at St Joseph's, Gerrards Cross.
