In November, we’re launching Revelation – a unique and exciting opportunity for young adults to deepen their appreciation of the Bible. The course will be running from November until July 2009, and will combine teaching and input with workshops and individual exploration on scriptural themes and texts.

We’re kicking off with a residential weekend from 5th - 7th December at King's Park in Northampton, which will look at giving participants an overview of the Bible, followed by two conference days during the winter months. The focal point of the course will be a 4 day Easter school, with special guest speakers and plenty of opportunities to get to explore new ways of conveying what we’ve learned.

The content of the course will comprise of three distinct elements: Biblical Narrative (which will explore the context of the Bible), Biblical Texts (which will focus on a particular book or theme of the Bible), and Biblical Life (which will look at our response to the Bible, and how we live out its messages).

We’re really delighted to be running Revelation this year, and can only do so thanks to the generosity of funding from outside sources, including the Spring Harvest Charitable Trust. This external funding means that we’re able to run the whole year for just £50 per participant, although we are strictly limited to 20 places on the course. All participants will need to be aged between 16 and 25 on the 1st November 2008.
