Matthew has been working with the NYMO office since 2002 - firstly as Youth Ministry Assistant, and then co-leading The Ezekiel Project for its first year in Northampton, before returning to Ker Anna to establish our youth-facing ministry. He is now based in the office at Princes Risborough as Youth Worker for Outreach.

Matthew trained in youth mission at the Kerygma Teams training school in Dublin in 1998-99, where he gained his passion for communicating the message of the gospel.

As Youth Worker for Outreach, Matthew researches and explores different approaches to sharing our faith with young people who have little connection with church. In particular, he is available to work with parish and school groups seeking to engage with young people beyond the reach of mainstream youth ministry - helping them to develop new ways of reaching young people, preparing for and delivering mission experiences, and empowering young people to share their faith with others.

Matthew is also looking after the PYD programme for World Youth Day 2008.
