Neil Roseman is the Diocesan Youth Worker for Discipleship, following on from his role as Team Leader at The Ezekiel Project from 2006-2007. Before coming to Northampton, Neil was Director of the Brentwood youth retreat centre at Walsingham House, and thus brings much valuable experience to the team.

Neil is responsible for much of our work with young people who are already involved in Church in one way or another. In particular, he looks after the lumos weekends which we run twice a year, as well as the Salt and Light young leaders programme. Currently, Neil is also using his personal interest in football (he's a keen Ipswich Town supporter) to develop a five-a-side programme for young people.

In the coming years, Neil also hopes to develop some work looking at encouraging young people to participate in pilgrimage, and is working closely with the rest of the team to support youth groups and initiatives throughout the diocese.
